Midtown, Old Fourth Ward

Midtown offers in-town living at its finest with top rated restaurants, shopping, and endless access to entertainment, arts, and nightlife.  It borders the City’s 185 acre gem Piedmont Park, with athletic fields, open spaces, scenic trails and a small lake, also home to the Dogwood Festival and the Atlanta Jazz Festival. Many housing options include high-rise living with incredible city views.

Old Fourth Ward, often abbreviated O4W, historically has had mostly modest bungalows but has recently exploded with new construction including lofts, condos and townhomes thanks to the development of the popular nearby Beltline and Freedom Parkway pedestrian and biking trails. Trendy restaurants, shops, and bars are scattered throughout the neighborhood, including the Ponce City Market development.  Other amenities include the recently developed Historic Fourth Ward Park and outdoor field where local concerts are held.
